Building a custom home is a daunting task for any family. There are so many decisions and choices. Budget is always a concern… challenged by wants and desires. We were looking for a turn-key builder who could take a wooded lot and transform it into a family homestead for a lifetime. Rick Florey was our first and best decision. From there the process ran very smoothly. His timeline and budget were realistic. His team of subcontractors became friends during the build. Scott, his foreman, kept the various crews working together and was able to troubleshoot issues in real time before they became more expensive problems down the road. We were able to order some of our own fixtures and finishes and Florey Homes was able to install them without issues. Rick was always available, prompt in returning calls, and to this day is standing behind his product. We wanted a builder who was going to stand the test of time, and Florey Homes has not let us down.
